THe Engineering that allows a melt down is at fault here.
If the lack of power is the cause, there should have been emergency generators. Nuclear power stations on fault lines or at sea level near fault lines is moronic IMO.
Nulear power is a no brainer and has been for decades.
The safety systems and engineering is the issue not the process.
