Natural disaster will effect 8% of Japan GPD. Economic predicted that Japan Economy will significantly increase next 2 or 3 years because of rebuilding works for those areas. On Friday, US market response very positive about this disaster.
MMX cannot immidiately provide any steels for Japan. However, Mitsubishi will make MMX and its project to become the most important supply iron ore for Japan next few years.
What will happen to Mitsubishi and MMX? They will bond very strongly together to make sure that they will be a very reliable supplier for Japan. South Korea will have their say about this.
Japan leart big lession about Rare Earth. They will not let it happen again.
