It was quite clear price would drop today. Wouldn't be surprised if we lose another 10 cents today.
The next weeks will be a rare opportunity for China to secure big stakes in uranium deposits with a substantial discount.
According to the following article China has officially stated, that they adhere to their plans for nuclear power stations emphasizing the secure design of their reactors:

Allthough the outlook for uranium is clouding over a bit since in some countries plans for atomic plants will be scrapped, in the mid term there's no alternative for nuclear power on the big scale, no matter how unpopular it is.
