These Black Swan events are losing their significance because of the frequency of events. I think time bomb is a more appropriate term. It is already a struggle getting exposure in this energy source but constant events are just confirming how dangerous ones financial exposure is. Fukushima was a disaster for the industry but it's 'after shocks' mini me events are just constant reminders of this big events. How would the Japanese govt now convince their citizens it is a safe energy source?
