Good article indeed. Even more reason for the Japanese to turn on the remaining nuclear power plants (while the current two are on maintenance shutdown).
This article mentions this the nukes might be turned on in September. I've read others predicting July. In any case, with the government putting loads of effort into commissions and studies into nuclear power it is clear that they are doing everything they can to flick the switch back on before the economy suffers too much from energy imports.
