Removed the post due to confusion thanks to auto spelling. Biden is almost certainly about to bring in these measures. There is an unknown probability but the Japanese appear to think it is high that China will ban graphite in response. If that happens I cannot really guess at the SP that SYR could achieve on that announcement. I would not be surprised if it was a ten bagger in days. We will know in the next two months or less.
