By the time they work out how to economically extract it Lynas will be in full swing, either that or still waiting for our TOL haha....
The basket price of RE's will have to be god damn high for them to extract it from the sea bed as crude (a liquid) is far easier than extracting solid resources from the seabed. Hence why they are not mass extracting other far more valuable resources from the seabed as of yet...
However nothing is impossible these days with our extraordinary rate of growth and consumption!
