The Japan restart won't cause a spike in the spot price straight away but should be a huge shot in the arm for sentiment. We all know this is happening next week so very surprising the SP is continuing to be manipulated so low.
Are we going to see any rise in SP from the Restarts as so many of us have been waiting for?
Someone is going to make a huge amount of money from this situation.
