No one is downramping anything. It's obvious. Another explosion in Japan may erase another 50 cents off PDN share price. This has got nothing to do with the true value of PDN. I was ready to re-enter at sub 3.90 but am still waiting to see what is going to happen in Japan. I have never thought I could get in at 3.27 but with another explosion it will be too expensive. So, I am waiting.
