1st reactor restart is pshychological boost, a step towards reviving nuclear industry. What when the other 24 reactors , which have applied for safety inspections and are in the process of restart, approval, are brought back online ? That will be called nuclear renaissance. To meet 25% emission cuts and to save billions of dollars spent on fossil fuel, the other 24 reactors have to be back online. It is not a matter of if but when.
