I don't see what this does for WHE as it does not own the uranium just a piece of paper saying about a maybe JV.

This company has got no money and the management are attempting to sell an asset for 4m shares, just need the shareholders approval.

Now look at the LNC shares down 20% this month so they may be not at the current value in 4 months, who knows!

The last financial report cash $3.2m burn $1.3m qtr so they have cash till say August, then broke or sell the LNC shares. LT buy, laughable!

A CR at the current price useless, cost more than you get.

Have a look at the last financials report December and see the Business & Strategy Models, no mention of any asset sale.
