What is Paloma doing? They should be all over this. If they cant why isn't cfu over there offering the bluegens directly to the government, they seem to need a fair bit of help. I dont think it is a very tenable situation to have the worlds 3rd largest economy experiencing rolling blackouts, surly this is a huge opportunity to roll out the tech on mass and pull down the unit price, a catalyst of sorts. We are the only show in town at the moment after all.
