So basically what the writer is saying..Is that the Japanaese companies that had their export of REE,s stopped by China,are now happy to develop and open up their Manufaturing there.
The Japanese Gov. who have underwritten Sojitz to save their domestic industry by surety of supply from LYC,are now going to stand by and watch these companies go overseas..the employment loss,substantial(1000,s)...and of all places..TO CHINA!!!!
What happens to these manufacturers if another Chinese/Japanese trawler have another altercation.
Why did LYC pull out of China...too many rules and Regulations..too much GOV. control and impositions.
Cost cutting..more like "30 pieces of silver"..and thats not the Japanese sense of honour.
Agree..from another galaxy.
