If they pass the bill now they will be lucky to have a casino up and running before the 2020 Olympics. The Japanese definitely want a couple running around that time to cash in IMO. The Gov is loosing too much revenue to Macau. Not to mention the jobs it will create. It would be a shame if they miss the opportunity. Singapore is a case in point regarding a successful Asian based casino. IMO Japan will blitz the numbers they put though Singapore.
I would like to see AGI take on ALL in the Pachi slot area. There are thousands of those in Japan. ALL has a slice of the pie. I just don't know if it's viable and how hard it is to get a foot in the door. It would be a good question at the AGM.
This AGM is going to be a cracker. The SP is tight as a drum atm. It can't stay in this range bound trading pattern for long. 19th and what's said on the day will stop this suppression one way or the other.
