SK, let me remind you that when it comes to uranium enrichment, the "Conventional" method is Centrifuge enrichment, while "Conceptual" methods apply to Laser Enrichment. While it has been proven on a Test Loop scale that SILEX works, no commercial facility has ever been built that proves beyond doubt that laser enrichment is a techno-economically viable method. So whilst I agree that "conventional" nuclear power reactors currently trumps "conceptual" fast breeder reactors, the same holds true when comparing enrichment technologies.
You also state that "we can efficiently and effectively separate some of the Good U out of the enrichment poo for which can then be reused". What do you mean by Good U?
