I have them at $4 margin/lb this year, $15 next and $20.7, $20.8 and $22.9 the following three years and still have a value of 0.448 based on FCFs.
That's with the debt reduced $190mil for the 25% stake in LHM
I'm using discount rate of 11.3 based on WACC but might reduce that now with risk slightly down.
Still don't understand why this co. would be worth more than it's trading for (based on future earnings).
DYOR though, this is just my (probably quite conservative) opinion.
