The Company is having discussions about the sale of its Gold interests and one would assume that, as a minimum, they should be able to get $7.5m for their 30% holding for their joint venture with Teranga. The joint venture agreement states that on completion of a DFS Teranga can acquire a further 10% of the joint venture for the payment $2.5m therefore the remaining 20% should at least be worth $5m.
With this minimum of $7.5m source of funds a capital raising should not be necessary short term.
