Japan's ambitious new policy of no nuke power by 2040 will only be possible.. Only if they can move all their factories to Central Australia where the sun is shine and the gas is found. Solar energy at day time and gas power at night time.
Otherwise it just a fanciful wish. May as well close down all their high tech industries, and convert their country into a theme park for tourism.
They may move all their nuke plants to the eastern seaboard to be safe from the Pacific tsunami. Good luck to them government
