    As I understand Japan economics,and I'm no expert, but while the Japan federal budget runs at a deficit the Japanese pension funds are wealthy.

    So I'm not sure how you can write of a whole country as you did.

    The same with Aussie penion funds/ superfunds, have plenty of funds to invest.

    Just need the expertise to get it out of them.
