While I agree with a number of the criticisms about MSB's lack of transparency I think it's worth remembering that MSB doesn't control the application in Japan, it's their partner's role. All they can do is report their partner's intentions as they have done. The same thing happened with CHF and as we know Teva took an eternity to finally file.
Interesting also to note the way posters turn on each other when the sp is falling. No one likes the feeling of a falling sp despite the bravado of some. Better to be objective I reckon.
