Japan??

Hi guys,
I don't contribute much to HC, but stay abreast of postings. Have sold out of MSB yesterday as the uncertainty and my experience with small miners has suggested that the SP will drift down. I stand ready to reverse this if conditions change. I have however wondered whether MSB might actually find a Japanese partner to go forward with. My thinking is based on MSB's presence in Japan, the current approval and funding of one of MSB's successful applications, the Japanese Govt's thinking in relation to early approvals of (safe) new technologies/medications, and the clear need for finding new global growth pathways for Japanese companies. I know this would be out of left field, but to my way of thinking, this seems a very possible route to obtaining additional funding in a meaningful way. What do others think?
