I wouldn't have a clue as to whether it's relevant or not, I'm just putting it out there, if you have a look at the bottom of Tuesday 1 May 9.33% 'Change in substantial holding' notice you'll see Fidelity Japan gets a mention and it's signed by Mr Ryo Sato, perhaps they know something. Also, it would make sense to wait until the Trophon2 comes on line before making the big push in to Japan, not a good look to go in to a new market selling old technology when you know a new one is just around the corner.
Generally, and not necessarily related to Japan, there's been a lot of substantial holding action during April via Macquarie on behalf of entities which I'm guessing is responsible for the SP pick up. Who knows what's really going on, but things are looking good for NAN long term worldwide.
