The issue is control does not mean or equate to EQUITY ownership. Several large payments, payments greater than the current market cap of BLR need to be paid in order to OWN EQUITY of 71,5% or even 100%. But others won't let the facts get in the way of a good smoke and mirror story.
The cash flow statement being released next week should make entertaining copy.
