Just found this this via Kitco, which may add some perspective?

I would suggest that even if we don't see a full take-over, then by the looks of things we'll have one or more new significant shareholders who should be able to breath new life into the company (and perhaps offer financial support).
The high turnover in issued capital is also a positive.
