Mitshubishi will be a leader of bunch of Japanese Hedge Funds for this project.
I strongly beleive that Japan will offer 55 cents.
China will make another counter offer at 65 cents before Second Court date.
You do not need to worry about YES / NO because Japan will make another bid at 70 cents UNCONDITIONALLY.
