People in bigger,in production companies working at least five days per week I can agree would be expected to get bigger pay packets. We have no partners or funding. If George was working for SDL and got funding and partners to get us into production,I would be happy for him to get a $5 million pay packet and bonuses.
I personaly think that if George is so important to SDL in trying to get funding and partners,he should be asked to put in more days per week. I know he is around 65 years old. He is helping GBG as well. Quite a few people on the forum are making a point about how important and knowledgeble in the industry George is. I know George has done a lot in his life time. I know he is very experienced in the mining game. GBG have partners and funding for their projects. This is a make or break for SDL. Baukaws call on how many days George works at SDL is a surprise to me. I would have thought that SDL would have asked George to put in more time to finish the very good job he has done over the years with SDL. Keep the past promises of getting SDL partners and funding to get SDL to production.
