Price discovery as a concept is BS .....as soon as any one makes a deal you have your benchmark price and on it goes.....called a market !!
The term Price discovery is slang for Camouflage and lets see how much we can squeeze out of the marks !
The financial worlds high flyers use the concept of ethical very loosely until they get hauled up in front of a royal commission.....then they look pretty sad and wringing their collective hands a lot !
