Don't know about 'shananigans' but there was one hell of a difference between the 'gung ho' 2008 Directors reports and market updates in August & September 2008 compared to crap and more crap news starting being released mid November. Then to complete cut divs....I would never trust these guys again.
As for 2ic, he got it right back in mid Oct when said that GJT would do an RJT. I wouldn't believe him at the time given the directors statements but he was right....they did an RJT.
