Biomarker company HealthLinx has appointed Stephen Copulos as a new non-executive director of the company.
The appointment is the second biotechnology board that Copulos has joined in recent weeks, after he was also appointed to the Medivac board at the beginning of June. The Copulos Group is a major shareholder in HealthLinx, holding 14.6% of the shares in the company.
Copulos is the executive chairman of the largest independent KFC franchise in Australia, managing director of the Copulos Group of companies, as well as being a non-executive director of Medivac. HealthLinx said that Copulos will bring over 30 years of experience in a wide array of business enterprises and a results oriented approach to the company.
