    Hi Cropper. I see nil shorts outstanding on PEN at present:

    Maybe those 12m sold have now been covered at these lower levels and we're ready to move upwards again? Who knows... I certainly don't.

    What I do know is that Gus is back from NY, so hopefully he returns with some signed funding documents....
