Unbelievably the reactors did not have enough reserve power to operate the cooling systems ! Reactors within coooee of the coast ! Meltdown is a distinct possibility ! This is another example of pathetic planning by the nuclear industry . I pray they keep it under control .

A meltdown would have a devastating effect on U stocks .

It is time for safe , efficient Thorium reactors but alas the world is far too slack ... and of course Thorium does not provide weapons material .
