Just because you think its hard doesn't mean it shouldn't be done. Japan looks like its held up well.
If its hard, the Japanese should pack up and leave. But instead they have the most developed and technilogically advanced buildings in the world. If any structures have the best tech it would be the nuclear facilities.
There is one with question marks at the moment which will have all eyes of the world on it over the coming days.
