Yeah it's an interesting one with the flu outbreak.
Horrible thing to happen of course and condolences to anyone who was affected by the particularly bad strain, but I think all it created was a very short-term cash-flow problem from the accounts I was reading on the report?
Short-termers might see this with he upcoming season and sell off, leading to a cheaper price for us to buy up?

RE: estia and Regis I haven't had a great look at them, not huge on Regis but estia doesn't look to bad as an option I think. Loving the low price of Japara though in comparison to both.
