A few weeks ago I looked at Aveo (AOG), not dis-similar models, retirement estates as opposed to aged care facilities. Both, effectively, property managers relying on tenancy..
What a waste of a few minutes. Numbers all over the place..
Even alongside some of the others in that residential estate space, Japara comes up trumps.
Although Ingenia (INA) and Villa World (VLW) may be worth a closer look..

If only Japara's share price too, was similar to Estia, maybe one day.
