I know that SD is not that dumb to sell a stake indirectly to the Japs for a discount. There is always a benefit to him and I can only speculate the reason.
What I think is that this is an attempt to remind the Koreans if they are the group negotiating for a stake in EXT directly that the terms will have to be very favorable to EXT's future be it off take,equity or anything in between.
The SP is holding well and until an announcement is made even experts coming out with reports are purely speculating like I am.
