I wouldn't be worried about the price that they paid for KAH because you have to consider what value would have been given for KAH's other assets????
It is highly likely that the value spread wouldn't have been even throughout the entire company so it is therefore impossible to calculate whether or not the value for their EXT assets were given a much higher value relative to the entity of KAH?
It is very plausible that Value for KAH's holdings of EXT were given a premium and value for the rest of KAH's assets discounted creating the overall purchase price of KAH by Itochu?
