Puzzing away here.
If Itochu were to obtain their 15% of KAH by way of a placement to them, then in theory the market cap of KAH should increase by the cash injection of 61.8 million GBP. Itochu would then be getting KAH at a substantial discount to the current price. This doesn't make sense.
It seems then that Itochu are simply buying out some existing KAH shareholders. KAH benefits by having those shares transfered into "strong hands".
