For those readers who are not familiar with KAH, they are now effectively an investment company with >99% of their investments in EXT - so they are really a proxy to holding EXT on the London AIM exchange. KAH holds about ~40% of EXT shares, so a 15% stake in KAH equates to a 6% stake in EXT.
An initial stakeholding by a potential bidder of this magnitude is big news for EXT. Coming on the heels of the Korean announcement last week it seems we seeing the beginning of corporate manoeuvring.
