Knowing SD maneuvers in the past,I suspect he is stirring the pot to extract not necessarily better deal in terms of $$ but maybe in terms of leveraging to the price of U.
If I assume it is an off take agreement, I would like to see maybe selling at prices in future at that spot/LT price for a fix amount. I am being simplistic. I think we are at the rock bottom of the U price cycle. You can see why so many consumers are trying to lock in contracts as soon as possible.
EXT not only have average higher grades than all its peers there but a massive resource that can guarantee long future supply. This is what all these electricity power groups are after. A good secure long term source of material to generate their power needs after all developed nation governments plan much further ahead than they can predict the price of the u.
Just my humble opinion and I am not selling. These are just noises and until SD show his hand nothing at present is whatit seems.
