Surprisingly, Itochu are not paying any premium on the current market price for the 15% stake in Kalahari ... at least by my calculations.
8.5 billion JPY = 61.8 million GBP (using xe.com)
This values the whole of KAH at 61.8/0.15 = 412 million GBP.
This is precisely the current market capitalisation of KAH shown on londonstockexchange.com
Surprisingly, Itochu are not paying any premium on the current...
