all of the 'phases' of a SP cycle can drag on for a lot longer than you think. 2 months of accumulation , TLG has been in an accumulation/distribution phase (i.e. trending sideways') for pretty much the past 3-4 years, so do i think 2 months is a stretch? no not at all. A sniff of cobalt in todays market is all it takes, though looking at TLG's cobalt data a whiff of a sniff is all they have as far as cobalt goes. Perhaps they can produce it as a by-product? But this kind of behaviour is normal in the market, buy the rumour sell the news
