there might be an argument for that if say a woman told a bloke to stop just as he's within seconds of ejaculation -

but, there's absolutely no argument for it in this case at all AND his behaviour is basically not only off because of the rape - but, his behaviour in having the cab keep the meter running is basically bloody obnoxious



the only time I could ever think that even remotely appropriate is if you had a really hot woman in a relationship and you both agreed that you would have a quickie as you went past in the cab --

that'd be ok - and, it's my fond hope to meet another woman in my life like that - I've had my share and they're great - but, they aren't all that common
