Is it Brewer 'toeing the line', or CCC KAB etc etc toeing the OKAP line, of which Brewer is one of the leaders along with the well documented Peter Landau ( who I personally would never go near any of his coys) and Eastman, a 3 man band.
It is a bit hard to say Brewer is a minority in CCC and toeing the line, when he is a power in OKAP, and the OKAP camp control the entities.
