scorp.please lets stick to the english language and accepted meaning of words, on track means on schedule time wise. so its not on track for what shareholders were told, ie end of month. using your pointless argument it would always be "on track" until it happens or they say it isnt going to happen, which is a pretty pointless defintion of "on track " dont you think? but to avoid futher useless debate I will take JB.s new deadline ( even though he has not told the market) of the end of July as being the new deadline, and I will agree , reluctantly, to call it as on track until the end of July, provided you are willing to agree to the same ( ie accepted)understanding of what "on track"means, and agree not to be an apologist for Brewer and his motley crew if it doesnt happen.
