As pre your interesting comment on the director buying.
There was a very sort window on the 22/4/12 where the price was at or above 3c. On the 10min chart 11.10 there was 2m shares at this level. @11.20 1.4m before it come crashing back down. (finish at 2.7c)
Brewer would have been well aware of the 2c issue and what that would mean for the share price. (Give his c/r history)
