agreement discussions it has continued negotiations on a structured debt financing that is proposed to be
used to further advance its Zambian Manganese Projects. The finalisation of the debt financing and the
offtake agreements are targeted as key milestones for the Company to complete in the current quarter."

Well the current quarter finishes tomorrow, I hope they have been able to implement the "key Milestones" on time. If this is the case we should hear something over the next few days.
