I am solely answering to your "What has the credibility of Jatcorp to to with being held up by Chinese regulation authority timelines?" which I would say any respectful BOD Would give their investor updates should the progress is being delayed regardless foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstance esp a time framet that has been reiterated more than once in their 4C.
Which they have done for their first delay due to Covid.
so having said that. let me say it again. I would rather place my confidence with the BOD at this stage but will watch this space.
