Sinopharm's has a handful of pharmacy brands. Guoda/ Guo Da/ 国大 seems to be the main brand, FYI I think other Sinopharm pharmacy brands include Dadesheng, Tianyitang, and Jinxiang so Sinopharm is not the only name to search for.
Of these I could only locate 2 Guo da pharmacies in close proximity to some of the places mentioned in the ann. But Sinopharm pharamacies seem to be everywhere. I looked at this when the announcement about the store first came out.

My best bet would be this one.
Guoda Pharmacy, 1330 Jiangning Rd, Putuo, Shanghai, China (中国上海市普陀区江宁路1330号国大药房) = 500m from what seems to be Shanghai Putuo Maternity & Infant Health Institute
This seems to be in the middle of the locations mentioned,

This is another candidate
Guoda Pharmacy, 1950 Xinzha Rd, Shimen 2nd Road Residential District, Jing'an District, Shanghai, China (上海市静安区石门二路住宅区新闸路1950号国大药房) = 1.1km from the children's hospital

But really I wouldn't bet my house that these locations are where the JAT store is. As SMX said it is a huge area.
