I mostly rely on technical analysis with a bit of fundamental analysis. Okay i see what you mean. Yes quarterly may take it to 4 cents but there is many other announcements may drop mentioned above that will lift it too 5 cents. The market capitalization is undervalued. Buyers are building waiting.
