Unless Jatcorp had to get another no interest short term loan from the owners of the Auveno brand to provide more product for the $80 mil Beijing Grain deal. The payment for this is on receipt of proceeds of sale and on presentation of Beijing Grain letter of credit. There could have been another part of this agreement delivered. It could have been large or small. the last one was only $750,000. The next one will probably be bigger.
